Best tasting brand of chocolate for molding?

I want to make chocolate "M"s for my wedding favors. Milk chocolate, not white or any colors. I found the "M" mold online, now I just need some good tasting chocolate! I've heard melting chocolate wafers are the way to go, but what brand tastes the best? And what store has them available for purchase, or best online place to purchase? (For example Michaels sells Wilton chocolate wafers, but are they the best tasting?)

Scharffen Berger is great stuff (http://www.scharffenberger.com/). I've seen it at a few grocery stores, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Be careful when molding chocolate. You have to have it at just the right temperature (and not get it too hot in the melting process) or it won't solidify correctly.
